About the assignment:
- Location: Malmö / remote

Description
The client is currently building their product organisation and strategy. The current product organisation exists only roughly a year now. They need to do many things to improve, upskill etc. To bridge the gap we want to hire a temporary resource.
Work tasks:
- Cross alignment between teams (within products, with D&A, tech) on content and strategic framework.
- Aligning all to create one clear strategy, also from a communication point of view.
- There is also a high need to communicate more proactively within the organization what they are delivering in the product teams.
- Other topics currently run by the Strategy & Operations Manager: cross-domain alignment and improved cooperation, operational improvement
- Creating a product catalogue where all products incl. elements like product strategy will be listed to create transparency, focus.
Mandatory competence and experience:
- Ability to present, engage and communicate with senior audiences
- Well-versed in communications with special knowledge in the area of digital transformation
- Using a data-driven approach to decision making, both in day-today management and in making strategic trade-offs
- Understanding of digital products and how to develop empowered product teams
- Ability to think strategic and tactically at the same time
