The opportunity

EY Consulting is growing in a fast pace in Malmö and we need to recruit for several exciting positions within both Technology- and Business Consulting. We are eager to have more inspiring, new colleagues joining us!

Your key responsibilities

Work with a variety of clients from startups to recognizable companies
Problem-solve, design and deliver large scale transformational work
Develop proposals and business cases for EY or our clients
Take on various important roles such as a transformation and project manager and advisor


Skills and attributes for success

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and communicate
Willingness to develop, build and lead a team and projects
Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and simple way, as well as to inspire and lead others
Entrepreneurial and innovative thinking


To qualify for the role you must have

Master’s degree with outstanding academic record in the field of Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or Business
1-3 years of consultant experience and/or similar work experience from larger companies
Full professional proficiency in English and Swedish


Ideally, you’ll also have

Experience within some of the fields of:
Business Transformation
Change Management
Project Management
Customer Insight and Analytics
Sales and Marketing Transformations
Digital Transformation
IT Sourcing/Business Operation
Enterprise Architecture
