Responsibilities:
· Rotation through Different Departments: Engage in rotational assignments across departments such as Operations, Sales & Marketing, Research & Development, Quality Assurance, and Finance to gain a comprehensive understanding of our business functions.
· Project Management: Lead and participate in strategic projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, market expansion, product development, or process optimization.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with team members from different departments to execute projects, solve problems, and achieve organizational goals.
· Performance Evaluation: Receive regular feedback and performance evaluations to track your progress and identify areas for development.
· Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas and initiatives for continuous improvement in processes, products, and business strategies.
Qualifications:
· Educational Background: Master's degree in Food Science, Food Packaging, Product Development or related field.
· International Mindset: Studies abroad or international experience will be an advantage.
· Practical Experience: Internships or work experience in a B2B food company would be an asset.
· Leadership Potential: Demonstrated leadership potential through academic achievements or extracurricular activities.
· Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
· Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels. Fluency in English and knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
· Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and challenges.
· Passion for Innovation: Genuine interest in innovation, food technology, and sustainable business practices.
Trainee program overview
During the program, you will take on a new project every 6 months for 2 years - improving your technical and commercial skills, through hands-on learning, strategic project work, and regular mentoring and feedback-.
CUSTOMER CARE & OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT: Ensure business efficiency while adding value to customers.
PROJECT & INNOVATION: Participate in high-level innovation projects and drive growth, competitiveness, and sustainability.
CUSTOMER ACQUISITION: Be an ambassador of Micvac technology, engage and make aware of the needs and desires of potential customers.
