We are now looking for a Management Partner to support a strategic data driven initiative in Group Credit Management. As Management Partner in Credit, you will be working closely with the management agenda, and play a valuable role in creating value in a complex environment where many opportunities can be harvested by having the customer in focus supporting digitalisation, data driven automation and data compliance.
What you will be doing:
* Facilitate and support management meetings by preparing the agendas and strategic materials needed to execute our strategy and the progress of the initiative
* Run coordination and implementation of various initiatives within GCM to ensure action and follow up
* Support management and the team with analyses, reporting, and communication tasks
* You will visualise process and complex matters in plain and understandable presentation for decisions
* Involve the organisation through team work and collaboration

We are a small team driving change and nurturing change leadership. The role is based in Stockholm. We will propose a 12 month probation period.

Your experience and background:
* University degree
* Good command of MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
* Credit risk management and Data driven change are good merits
