Sandvik Mining and Construction in Sandviken is looking for Management Secretary Description We are looking for a Management Secretary based at Sandvik Mining and Construction's Head Office in Sandviken.The applicant will replace our current secretary, who will fill a new position in our organization. The Management Secretary will support our Executive Vice President Finance, our Vice President Business Development and our Vice President Human Resources.Our business is high paced and flexible, so we are looking for a qualified and proactive management secretary who enjoys supporting the business by providing excellent service.You will be working in an international environment, with extensive communication with our managers worldwide. Key performance areas - Travel and calendar planning - Coordinating business visits - Organizing conferences - Documentation of various kind - Producing and distributing reports - Producing PowerPoint presentations - Maintaining Lotus Notes databases - Publishing newsletters on our intranet as well as updating existing information The position reports to the Executive Vice President Finance.You will be working in close cooperation with our Executive Secretary. Your profile Qualifications and personality: - Relevant educational background - Several years of qualified secretarial experience - Very good knowledge of English and Swedish - High proficiency in Lotus Notes, PowerPoint, Word and Excel is essential - Work experience in an international environment and in a company corresponding to our size would be beneficial The job includes some irregular working hours.If you are positive, energetic, self-motivated, have high integrity and appreciate a sense of humor, we think you can contribute to our team.
