As Management Support Assistant you play a key role in assisting the management team with a wide array of tasks across the business. We are seeking an individual who is proactive, demonstrates a strong initiative, is service-minded, and has an excellent ability to understand and learn new tasks and concepts. This position involves a combination of administrative and organizational support functions.
This is a long-term assignment with the possibility to be recruited by Nordberg Medical eventually. For the right candidate, this is an opportunity to fundamentally learn how a business is operated.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Work tasks
* Overall Responsibilities: Support the management team in administrative, communication, project, and data-related tasks while promoting effective collaboration and maintaining information resources.
* Admin Support: Prepare documents, presentation and reports, manage calendars, handle emails, coordinate travel arrangements and assist in recurring reporting.
* Communication: Act as a liaison between the management team and other departments, facilitate information flow and • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications
* Project Management: Timelines and action item monitoring, project objective collaboration.
* Data Analysis and Reporting: Data gathering, report generation and insights, KPI maintenance support.
* Research and Information Management: Research on various topics, information repository maintenance.
* Team Collaboration: Collaborate with staff and departments, support a positive work environment.
VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management etc. or corresponding work experience.
* Proven experience in administrative or executive support roles.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
It is meritorious if you have
- Previous experience of an similar role at an international company
Knowledge can be gained through education, experience or self-taught.
