Management System Specialist

We are looking for a Management System Specialist to our global Quality Management team in the Pulp & Energy Business Line. In this position, you will focus on Quality Management related tasks and collaborate with P&E’s global Process Owners in an international environment. You will work with colleagues mostly in Finland and Sweden and your working location will be Sundsvall, Sweden. Your main responsibilities include support of our Management System development and transfer of Management System documents to a new platform.
Management System Specialist’s tasks include:
Transfer of business process documents to a new platform
Harmonization and alignment of Pulp & Energy business process documents with Valmet documents
Collaboration with global Quality Management team
Collaboration with Process Owners of all Pulp and Energy business processes, e.g. Sell, Deliver, Supply & Category Management processes
Management System training to the organization
Other Management System, Continuous Improvement or Lean related tasks

To be successful in this role you should have:
A suitable master’s or bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, paper technology or similar, preferably including some quality related courses
Excellent skills in Microsoft Word
Good skills in other IT tools such as Lotus Notes and M-Files is a benefit
Preferably 1-3 years’ experience in Quality Management or a strong study background and/or relevant internships in Quality Management
Fluent English skills

The position is temporary, lasting seven months.
