Join our team as the Management Systems Audit & Support Lead, responsible for supporting the Nordics and Benelux countries in designing, developing, and maintaining management system processes and data. You will ensure the effective implementation of strategies and policies to protect and enhance CCEP's resources, assets, trademarks, and corporate reputation.

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Sweden (CCEP Sweden) is the local licensed bottling partner responsible for the manufacture, distribution, sales and industry marketing of Coca-Cola throughout Sweden. The company employs around 750 people at the facility (called "Happiness Factory") in Jordbro outside Stockholm. CCEP Sweden represents some of the beverage world's strongest brands such as Coca-Cola, Fanta and Sprite, but also strong local brands such as bonaqua and Mer. In addition, CCEP Sweden manufactures and distributes beverages to other brand owners, including Capri-Sun and Monster Energy.
What to expect
As Nordics and Benelux Management Systems Audit & Support SME, you translate the CCEP management systems strategy into a Nordic and Benelux management systems strategy. Provide assertive support to Nordic and Benelux countries leadership in developing a governance structure for the implementation and prioritization of the Nordic and Benelux management system strategy, plans, projects and objectives.
You support, assure and manage the management system aspects of all activities and processes at own and subcontracted / supplier sites across the Nordics and Benelux, specifically in manufacturing, warehousing, distribution and commercialization and Cold Drink Operations. You represent the Nordics and Benelux in all discussions with corporate management systems and KO.
The Management Systems, Audit and Support Lead Nordics and Benelux reports with a solid line to the Nordics QESH Lead and with a dotted line to the Central Management Systems and Audit Lead. The place of work is Stockholm or Oslo, and a relocation will be expected if you are currently residing outside of Stockholm/Oslo.
Key responsibilities
Translate CCEP's management systems strategy into a Nordic and Benelux strategy, providing support in implementing governance structures and prioritizing initiatives
Assure compliance with legal, health & safety, environmental, quality, and food safety requirements
Align and harmonize key management system processes to support CCEP's compliance requirements
Drive continuous improvement in management systems, audit programs, and knowledge
Coordinate and monitor QESH indicators and reports, supporting capability development
Lead cross-business QESH projects and foster a process and risk-based thinking culture
Qualifications and skills
5 years of management system management experience in a multinational/multisite business
Working knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, FSSC22000 certification programs
Externally accredited internal auditor with strong project management and analytical skills
Strong leadership and influencing skills, ability to work cross-functionally and manage dotted line reports
Embrace change as a driver of improvement and possess excellent communication skills
Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with demonstrable industry experience
Valid work permit in Sweden
