SVEA Solar was founded in Dec 2013 in Stockholm, Sweden, and has since the beginning been operating on the market of solar energy. Going from 2013 with two co-founders to 400 employees operating in Sweden, Spain, Germany and Benelux region made us a unicorn company, being the fastest growing company in Sweden in all categories in 2019.

The growth has been intentional, since our vision is to be a leader in the shift to a sustainable society. To be a leader and to really make a positive impact on the environment, we need to grow fast and be big, to be able to reach and influence thousands of customers globally. Therefore, the intention is to keep expanding the business globally to achieve our goal of a 100% renewable energy production.

What you will do

We are now looking for three Management Trainees:

1. Supply Chain Management Trainee
2. Product Management Trainee
3. Expansion Management Trainee

As a Management Trainee at SVEA Solar you will engage in strategic projects. The expansion projects involves, supporting the expansion manager in the quick expansion in Europe, engage in projects that includes the marketing department, sales department and operations. Support the integrations of SVEA´s latest acquisition across all departments. The role in product management includes preparing and executing global product launches, supporting with analysis for the product strategy and coordinating cross functional projects securing successful growth of product portfolio. The supply management role focuses on optimizing SVEA´s supply chain by planning and execution of various projects, setup of new hubs and optimization of logistics. It also includes incorporation of the recent acquisition in forecasting processes.

Education and Experience

• A BSc or MSc in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering & Management, Mechanical Engineering or similar
