We produce cabs to Volvo Trucks, with everything from stamping sheet metal to welding and painting complete cabs. We are now looking for a Management Trainee
This job includes two roles. One is to learn management by working closely with the plant manager and his management team. The other to provide administrative support as management assistant.


As Management trainee, you work closely with the plant manager and management team in day-to-day activities that will give you loads of opportunity and development. We believe you have a big interest in management and the challenges of managing a big organization. You participate in our meetings and activities. You manage some projects or activities and act as the stand in and represents the plant manager in different forums.


What we absolutely need you to do:
Manage your boss when needed
Support with different tasks including administration
Manage and participate in different projects and activities
Set-up, plan and develop front office processes and services
Lead the front office service team and secure services
Act as a stand in and represent the plant manager in different forums
Support structure and efficient ways of working
Plan meetings and activities, create agendas and support meetings
Coordinate and track activities
Support with traveling and visits
Manage scope of operations in close co-operation with business control, HR and maintenance

We believe you recently graduated and are at the beginning of a fantastic career. You probably have some work experience. You have a Master of Science or Business Administration Degree. You speak and read Swedish and English fluently.

The position is located at the Volvo Plant in Umeå and requires occasional travel.
