Manager Aftermarket Operations
In this role you will have the possibility to have a great influence on how Lynk & Co is running it's Aftermarket Operations, with a direct impact on business and customer experience.
You know how to run diverse Teams, keep calm when the house is burning and communicate crisp towards management.
You will be responsible for all operational Aftermarket processes, both from a day to day perspective, but also securing that we develop processes and our organisation in line with our growth plans to secure smooth and secure operations in our European markets. Within this role is also the responsibility for our Technical Services.
An important aspect of the role is that you will be they eyes and ears for our customers making sure that any concerns are dealt with in in a serious and controlled manner, in order to achieve efficient operations and excellent customer experience. To achieve this you will work within cross functional task forces, and in close collaboration with the PMO function at Lynk & Co.
This position is based in Gothenburg and reports to the Head of Aftersales Commerce & Service Business.
What you'll do
- Responsible for all operational Aftermarket process
- Develop result-oriented control of business processes via KPIs
- Ensuring our contractually agreed services for our customers
- Creation and responsibility for the aftermarket operation budget and its compliance as well as implementation of measures to meet the budget target
- Operational Responsibility for Technical Service Advisors
- Manage Aftermarket Operations Team and set it up according to the Growth plan
What you should have
- You have previous leadership experience from automotive aftermarket operations
- Worked in a cross functional environment
- You are great motivator and communicator
- Experience from dealing with senior management
