This is the job:
Artvise and Alcatel are part of Tele2's B2B UC Solutions offering in advanced communication solutions, platforms and applications.
Working as a Manager within Artvise/Alcatael you will be a part of our UC Solutions Leadership Team who is responsible for implementing new voice services to our B2B customers. You will handle operations and maintenance of all our UC customers, PBX, platforms, applications, and managed services. Furthermore, you will develop our business and customer relations with high technical competence and proactivity.
The team consists of 15 technicians located throughout Sweden, from Halmstad to Luleå, and has high expertise in the areas Artvise and Alcatel. Our job tasks are:
Implementing new customers and upgrade existing customers
Consulting and service
Give exceptional support to our existing customers (2:nd and 3:rd line)
Give proactive service
Add on sales
The team works closely with other groups in Tele2 and it is therefore important that you are collaborative and a team player.
Your responsibilities will include:
Ensure outstanding leadership and management of your team in good accordance with the Tele2 core values
Managing the daily work in the function including managing employees, consultants, and service persons, following-up on financial results and operations KPIs
Responsible for profit and loss within your business area
Set goals and have regular check-in with each employee
Work with the team to improve their way of working
Be a part of the operational daily work together with the team
Help leading task forces during major incidents
Qualifications:

Further requirements:
Strong leadership profile, with several years of proven experience in leadership
Many years of experience to lead a business in change and development
Good knowledge in the B2B Large Enterprise and Public segment
Good knowledge of advanced communication solutions for B2B customers
You are fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
