What you’ll do
The IT Division of Telenor Sweden is on an ambitious transformation journey, to enable Telenor being the fastest from insight to impact. Part of the transformation has been about organizing in value chains hand-in-hand with our Business parts, implement & adopt a Telenor-fit agile way of work, as well as building a complete new BSS-stack based on TM-Forum Open Digital Architecture.
As part of the transformation, we’re now re-establishing an “Analytics & Data Management” Tribe in IT. The Tribe mission is to set and deliver on the promise to take Telenor Sweden ahead in the utilization of data, and to become even more customer centric and data driven: being the fastest from insight to impact. We constantly strive to let our customers have the best possible personal experience through personalization of relevant offers and communication across our outbound, inbound, assisted, and digital channels by utilizing data and insights powered by key analytics systems and data management techniques. The Analytics & Data Management Tribe will consist of approx. 35 employees and consultants.
As part of the re-establishment, we’re now looking for a “Manager Analytics Architecture & Platforms”. In this role you will lead a team of +10 employees with the overall responsibility for designing Telenor Sweden’s data and analytics platforms architecture. You and the team will own the reviewing of design elements and signoff’s on the overall technical design, in close collaboration with our Technology partners. You are responsible for ensuring that our data systems accurately meet the defined expectations of the business. You will take new requirements from our squads and make sure our architecture is joined up. You will be on an ongoing mission to optimize and simplify our architecture with communication and coordination responsibilities with group Analytics function. This role reports to “Head of Analytics & Data Management”.
Who are you
To be successful in this role we believe that you have +5 years’ hands-on, as well as strategic, experience from similar type of role within complex analytics setups and understanding of business needs to develop solid and robust analytics systems and data architecture. You have the skill set, attitude and mindset to be a key enabler in designing and developing resilient and effective data solutions that employ a range of analytical techniques including machine learning, leveraging of cloud technologies, big data as well as traditional data platforms.
You possess conceptual knowledge of i.e. dimensional modelling, ETL, reporting tools, data governance, data warehousing, structured and unstructured data, as well as knowledge of marketing technologies such as Adobe Experience Cloud. You’re into agile way of work, and thus provide effective and engaging servant leadership to the team members.Last but not least, you’re an excellent communicator, able to explain, persuade and justify decisions and concepts to people at all levels.
