KPMG Deal Advisory in Stockholm employs 100+ enthusiastic professionals with diverse academic backgrounds and is a leading provider of M &A services in Sweden and globally. Our services cover mergers and acquisitions, strategic advice and due diligence, valuation services, capital markets advice and restructuring. As the leading Deal Advisory business in Sweden we have advised on a number of the largest transactions within the Swedish and Nordic marketplace with large corporates, private equity and government clients. We are now looking for candidates to join our Transaction Services team within Deal Advisory.
About us and the role
KPMG Transaction Services is approximately 50+ professionals strong and growing, with a high mix of experience – where around a quarter of team members have over 10 years of industry experience each. We are now looking for Managers and Senior Managers.
Not only will you be working on exciting and interesting engagements, but you will also have the opportunity to build a business case and advance your career in an egalitarian office environment. We work with international clients and the absolute majority of reporting is in English, making this opportunity accessible for expats or those who do not have Swedish as their native language.
Stockholm is the largest city and the financial hub of the Nordics; you will therefore have the opportunity to work with many of the major global PE clients as well as reputable large and mid-sized corporates that constitute our recurring clients. We often serve these clients alongside our other Deal Advisory teams who make up an additional 60 heads across Deal Strategy, Corporate Finance, and Capital Markets.

- Applicants with 3-5 years of due diligence experience, or,
- Candidates with a corresponding amount of experience from financial control and/or audit who want to expand their analytical skills in a deals-oriented environment.

- Excellent verbal and writing skills in English
