As part of the new SCO Industrial Base Performance organisation you will join an interesting journey contributing to a stronger integration and collaboration between development and Packaging Material production. The Supply Chain Operation Industrial Base Performance is responsible for development, maintenance and implementation of world class converting solutions, enabling Tetra Pak to deliver competitive packaging solutions.
The Automation Implementation team within Engineering is one of three Automation teams and is mainly responsible for deliver new lines, upgrade of existing equipment and roll-out of developed solutions to our Packaging Material factories.
Our overall goal is to deliver and implement new technologies into the factories with high effectiveness, enabling vertical start up. The Engineering team is global owner of the technical Engineering standards, tools and methods valid for Packaging Material factories.
The position will be based in Lund and will require travelling approximately 15% of your time.
Main responsibilities
-Responsible for a team of 11 Automation engineers
-Deliver implementation projects within electrical, automation, HMI and drive system across converting lines.
-Manage, Develop & Implement the Design Standards, procedures, Tools and Methods in the Automation area.
-Drive Supplier Management component suppliers, Engineering Consultants and other partners.
-Deliver projects and activities for safety & obsolete components and systems.
-Continuously develop the team and the individuals to meet future needs.
-Provide Technical support to Packaging Material factories.
-Build, maintain and drive automation competence networks, internal and external
Qualifications
To be successful in the position you will need at least 5 years of proven managerial track record preferable within the field of Automation combined with a relevant educational background.
We are looking for a change oriented skilled professional with a strong interest in both technologies, people, tools and methods.
You will need to command English and Swedish fluently.
