Job Summary
Processing Liquid Food Solutions (LFS) is responsible for development and manufacturing of solutions and branded processing units for the processing of liquid foods within dairy, beverage, prepared food, and plant based categories. We work closely with our market operations and customers to understand their true needs. To secure that we, create and convey our solutions that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its Customers. Processing Liquid Food Solutions has approx. 370 employees in five main sites: Sweden, China, USA, India and Singapore.
As part of the Portfolio, Line Engineering & Quality function we are now looking for a Manager to the Automation Platform Management team.
The Automation Platform team owns and develops the automation platforms for all products in the Liquid Food Solutions product portfolio to secure competitiveness and alignment to the Tetra Pak automation strategies. Leading the LFS digitalisation agenda included.
The position is permanent and preferably based in Lund or the Euro area. The position will include up to 10% travelling.
What you will do
Own and drive the LFS automation strategy & roadmap based on requirements from the business & Tetra Pak automation strategies
Driving vertical efficiency and innovation in the product dimension at the same time as we optimise line and factory integration
Lead & drive the Automation Product Platforms team in competence development, strategy work, platform, product & technology development
Works closely with product management, business stream management and the projects organisation to secure right prioritisation

We believe you have
A technical education, preferably from the University.
A strong personal drive and commitment to meet complex challenges. You have excellent communication skills that help you create engagement for your area of responsibility.
You like to lead, drive and facilitate teams to achieve goals. Building networks in order to understand and solve technical issues comes natural to you.
Since you will be acting in a context with many different perspectives you are good at handling change.
You have extensive experience from automation development or similar. Experience from projects and services will bring a lot of value to the team.
