As our Manager, Battery Integration, you will be a part of our Rocvolt Team – a cross-functional team who is responsible for Epiroc battery system and to accelerate the electrification business. Your mission
Your overall mission as Manager, Battery integration is to lead the battery integration engineering team and ensuring market leading position in our core segments by having the strongest product portfolio in our industry. You will also ensure an industry-best R&D organization and structure with a clear future vision, as well as develop mid- and long-term roadmaps for battery integration products for Rocvolt's segments in line with the Divisions' market portfolio priorities.

A focus will be to shorten time to market by applying new and agile ways of working, to support Epiroc in reaching the 2025 and 2030 Sustainability targets.

Your profile
To be successful in this role, you should have a university engineering degree in a relevant area and proven professional experience within electric drivetrain development or battery development. You are used to bringing ideas from an initial concept to serial production by collaborating and building trust in complex, cross-functional teams. Since your work includes many local and global contacts it is required that your English skills (verbal and written) are fluent.

To enjoy the work you should be self-propelled, responsible and able to effectively plan your work to meet business needs. You have a strategic approach and a strong interest in electrification, innovation and business development. With your knowledge in product- and technology development along with your creative problem-solving capabilities, you continually challenge how things have been done to optimize for benefit. Furthermore, you are an efficient communicator and can interpret information to concisely communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders, senior management and their teams.

Location and other
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Occasional travel is required.
