About the role:


We are looking for a Manager to our Business Analyst team, working with Nasdaqs Real Time Clearing product, which is a hyper-modern system, built on a product with a customization strategy. This product is a relatively new product at Nasdaq, but has already developed very successfully so far. Coming into this role, you will get the opportunity to learn a new and exciting product, collaborate and lead brilliant minds, and use your innovative and creative ways of thinking to work outside standards and always adapting to new clients.


In this role, you will be responsible for currently eight (8) Business Analysts who are working in cross-functional teams in larger client delivery projects to clients in Japan, the US, and Brazil. Along with the responsibilities as a manager for the RTC team, you will also take on hands-on Business Analyst tasks, such as client interactions, workshops etc.


Furthermore, you will be responsible for:


Own and improve the whole requirement process from A to Z
Lead the team in their continuous learning and improvements
Help the delivery project to develop and establish the requirement process in a successful way to fuel client success
Building relationships with business experts on the client side and other stakeholders


You will bring:


Working experience within Business Analyst related work, along with some years of Management experience
Bachelor degree in computer science (or equivalent)
Experience from working in larger technical projects in an international environment
Previous agile work methodology experience
Curiosity and a highly collaborative work style along with wanting to contribute what you already know, educate the people around you, and bravely dive into new territories


Abilities to engage and collaborate closely with external clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders


It would be great if you have:


Interest and/or experience from working in the FinTech industry
Technical work experience will be considered a merit
