Are you looking for an international role where you will play a key role in enabling business progress while leading a team of motivated application developers? 

As a Manager Business Applications, you will play an important role in the Systemair Group’s IT organization supporting businesses across the globe. Leading the Business Application team in Sweden, which is one of two global Business Application teams, you will be responsible for the implementation, support and development of our ERP-system M3 as well as our CRM System and BI System within the Systemair group. In addition, you are expected to drive, develop and implement other strategic software's related to the ERP system.  

Your Profile 

We are looking for a leader with a wish to combine a hands-on approach to business applications with a focus to take our team of people as well as our business applications to the next level.  

In this role, the ability to understand our business processes and translate them into requirements for our applications is essential. You have successful experience from building trust with decentralized local business while engaging and training both leaders and end-users. You have proven project management skills on your own as well as credibility coaching your team towards improved project management.  

To summarize, you are a natural leader with the ability to teach, coach and motivate. You are well organized and have the capability to adapt to different cultures working in a global environment. The role is strategic, but you will also need to be operational in various projects.   

The position require international travel.  

Qualifications and Experience  

We believe you have at least five years of experience from working within a Finance environment (Controlling, Accounting, Project Management, ERP consulting or similar) combined with a relevant university degree. You have a good understanding of ERP systems and preferably Finance modules.  

Experience from international ERP implementation projects is an advantage. Previous M3 experience is considered a merit but is not a requirement.
