As a Manager, Business Control, you will be an essential part of our finance team. Your main responsibility will be to provide accurate financial reports to our Leadership team, allowing them to make informed decisions and drive our success. To excel in your role, it is crucial that you go beyond the numbers and strive to deliver actionable insights, key findings, and conclusions that will help steer the business toward success. You will regularly analyze the business's actual performance on a monthly/quarterly basis and compare it to the planned forecast performance, identifying any deviations and making recommendations as necessary. You'll be the trusted financial advisor for the organization, building strong relationships with stakeholders.
What do we expect from you
10 + years of proven experience as a Business Controller, ideally in scaling or growing companies
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
Ability to provide critical insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented with a track record of accuracy and reliability
Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
Familiarity with workday adaptive or similar

What you will be working on
Oversee and manage financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes
Collaborate with management to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
Provide critical insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making
Create and maintain financial models to evaluate various scenarios and strategies
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards
Contribute to the overall financial strategy of the company
