What you'll do
You will support the development of analytics delivery model throughout finance organization. Eg: Contribute to the setup of a finance data lake & warehouse and a BI reporting factory.  You will put in place appropriate data governance structures in place around critical financial data and developing more advanced use of data analytics. You will develop and implement new BI and analytics deliverables based on the needs of various teams in Finance and setup the digital delivery processes for automated finance reports.

You will support business and finance queries with valuable insights as well as project manage key transformation initiatives. You would bring long term/strategic mindset to manage both the big picture and the finer details. You’ll need to be organized and taking a leading role within an Agile scrum team. You will gather BI reporting and data requirements from Finance stakeholders and liaise with other IT product areas or product teams to ensure the appropriate information management principles are in place.

You will drive initiatives in processing/cleansing/standardizing of data from multiple sources for input and identify ways to improve data processes either by automation or other means. You will perform quality control on data by analyzing patterns and data discrepancies and resolve related issues as well as drive the digital production of reports using Business Intelligence tools that describe data characteristics and highlight trends and issues.

Who you are
We have high expectations on you as an individual, with a curious mind and ability to drive activities:
* A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT & Business (Finance/Accounting). Major in quantitative discipline, such as Statistics, Math, Econometrics, Data Mining, Machine Learning, etc. is a plus
* Hands on experiences of key financial and business processes as well as good understandings of controlling reporting and analysis process
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
* Agile project management experience and working within an Agile team and other teams across the organisation to drive change
* Experience in BI & Data tools and ability to develop BI reporting in Power BI at a mastery level.
* Experience in working or leading Data Lake &  Data Warehousing projects. SQL & Analysis Services, machine learning and other advanced analytics  knowledge is a plus.
* A personal commitment to continuous learning and personal development with interest in data and analytics
* Fast learning and ability to be hands on and pro-active
