Manager – Cab, China establishment (Based in Södertälje)

RCR has the responsibility to lead improvement projects connected to the current platform and to secure the introduction of cab-related parts in our future China production. Beyond that RCR are also responsible for field quality issues, production-related matters, cost optimization and the global accessory assortment.

This position will be based in Södertälje as manager for one of the two groups. The section also includes two groups in Oskarshamn.

Main tasks

Lead and coach the group to fulfil the targets set each 10 weeks and with a high level of strategic business acumen carve out the best way forward for the introduction of required components. This is done by balancing coming product changes with the need for local sourcing and increased capacity demand. The group currently consist of two object leaders and three designers.

As manager for the China part localization team you will:

• train your presentation skills when you on several levels push for your strategies or present the current status.
• develop your leadership and coach the team to success.
