Solutions Integration belong to Development & Engineering Materials & Package but operate cross organizations. Our responsibility cover three main areas - Specifications, Quality, and Capabilities. We secure that technical performance, quality, and specifications of materials and packages fits customers current and future needs.


We are looking for a Manager Capability Integration, responsible for Specification system, Quality and Capabilities development within Materials and Package Solution Integration.


The position is permanent and based in Lund.


What you will do


As Manager Capability Integration you will lead a team of specification systems experts and quality experts to drive continuous improvement and development of Materials & Package specifications and quality management. You will work with many different stakeholders and report to the Director Materials & Package Solutions Integration.
You will focus on
· Drive capabilities and continuous improvements projects and best practices across Material & Package.
· Manages Package & Package material Quality System.
· Identification of long-term quality capability needs to deliver a cross functional Package and Packaging Material quality strategy
· Manages Specification Management system.
· Drive governance for Specifications changes/deviations


Who you are
You are a goal-oriented person with a strong personal drive with the ability to engage people and seek collaboration throughout the organisation. You have great integrity, not afraid to challenge status quo and take responsibility for your decisions. You are an analytical person with the ability to see the bigger picture. A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.


You have a technical degree and at least 5 years working experience from Quality Management and a managerial role, experience in Packaging Material/Converting is seen as a merit. You are an experienced project manager used to drive project in an international environment with many different stakeholders. You have a track record in driving changes and a very good business understanding.
