Skills
Excellent English written and oral skills
Working experience with OEM project for Lithium-ion battery cell/module business
Ability to work well with others in a team environment, as well as independently



Qualifications
More than 5 years experiences on the automotive business
PhD or MSc in Chemical/Electrochemical engineering
5 to 10 years of practical experience from Li-ion battery cell development
Experience from cell design and development of Lithium-ion cells is a must
Extensive experience of large-scale battery fabrication and testing
