Would you like take an active part in building a new centre of expertise for compensation and benefits for Tetra Pak North Europe?Could you see yourself as a senior expert without formal leadership but with the need to use great portions of informal leadership?Then this position might be your next career step!
Our team will be a part of the new Centre of Expertise Global Compensation and Benefits (CoE C&B).It is evolving out of Tetra Pak's International C&B department which was primarily focused on Tetra Pak's globally mobile population.This new CoE C&B will over the next coming years focus on building expertise in and managing global compensation and benefits for all Tetra Pak entities.
The CoE C&B for North Europe will deliver services to all Tetra Pak operations in North Europe.We will be a small team of highly skilled professionals working as strong individual contributors parallel to striving for a strong team environment where knowledge sharing will be a natural ingredient.
As Manager C&B you will have key HR positions as your main stakeholders and clients.You will work in a highly professional and service minded team - being the expert advisor providing guidance and setting the framework for the all compensation and benefit issues within your area.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Design compensation & benefit plans
- Conduct external market analysis
- Conduct internal equity analysis
- Conduct job evaluations (IPE system)
- Prepare and drive annual salary review's
Kvalifikationer
You are highly analytical and possess a structured mindset - competencies making you a strong problem solver.You have strong interpersonal skills enabling you to build solid networks throughout the organisation.You distinguish yourself as potent in balancing diplomacy with firmness and have a service minded and business oriented approach.
You have obtained at least four years of experience with C&B management.Alternatively you have experience from a human resources management position being responsible over a large business unit, wide geography or multiple countries where one of your prime focus has been C&B management.This position will also encapsulate the service delivery of C&B.You hold a university degree within business administration, HR or equivalent.You are a strong communicator and are proficient in both written and spoken English and Swedish.
