In this role you will lead and develop International Regions Commercial process, for all product lines, in close partnership with sub-regions as well as Volvo CE Global Commercial Management. Key responsibilities * Define, develop and own the commercial analysis and follow up, including all product lines, from a Regional perspective * Price Management including Price/Product mix optimization * Secure administrative processes to maintain accurate cost/pricing data * Actively lead, coach and develop own team * As an active member of the Regional Sales & Commercial Management Team contribute to the development of related strategies and operational objectives Reporting relationships * Reporting to VP Sales & Commercial Management Desired competencies, personal skills and experience * Volvo Construction Equipment experience within International dealers in at least 2 different continents * High level of analytical skills and proven commercial competence * University degree in Business Administration * Proven leadership ability * Structured and process-oriented way of working with a strong drive to continuously challenge and improve * Communication and influencing skills to successfully work in a cross-border organisation * Fluent English and Brazilian Portugese required; additional language(s) welcome Location Eskilstuna Sweden
