What you'll do here as Manager Comp & Ben?
Being part of our HR team means you will work with Axis HR and C&B teams. You will manage a team of four colleagues that deliver and develop our ways of working in the area of Compensation & Benefits and salary in Sweden.
You and your team will among others work with:
* Strategy & Policies; write and develop strategies and policies in collaboration with the organisation and Group C&B teams.
* Pay structure; Together with the Group C&B teams drive the development and structure for our Job library and Job definitions for us in Sweden and also position evaluation.
* Salary; Project lead the annual salary review in Sweden and support in salary setting guidelines and also the yearly pay equity survey.
* Payroll; Evaluate and develop the way we work with salary providers today to meet the requirements in the future, together with your team.
* Benefits; develop and maintain our fantastic benefit package in Sweden.
* Pension & Retirement; Take responsibility of our pension policies. Be knowledgeable and interested in both the state- and occupational pension system in Sweden. Conduct studies and investigations as well as come with recommendations within the area. Monitor market trends and adapt policies if needed.
* Tools; Together with the Group C&B teams continue the development of system support tools, develop our processes and workflow in Workday.
* Preparing statistics/presentations
* Manage relationships with external partners.
* Other projects within the field of work.
Who are we looking for/Who are you?
We believe you are passionate about your field of work and have the skills to transmit that to our organization. You are a natural leader that leads through a structured approach, bring others with you through collaboration and naturally handle the balance between principles and pragmatics. You are equally comfortable with strategic thinking as rolling up your sleeves and do the detail work to deliver results. Grow and develop the C&B field is a mindset you have naturally. We love and enjoy our job and so do you.
Furthermore, you are a good communicator and gain respect and trust in the organization through your listening skills. Successful characteristics would be an optimistic and lack of prestige personality with a strong ethical compass.
We believe that innovation comes from the bottom up, where people work together, try things out, discuss and learn from that. It is a balance of both bringing forward new thinking and drive change and at the same time build on the experience we have within Axis.
We'd love to hear that you have:
You have a university level degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or similar. You are motivated by leading and developing people. You have broad knowledge in the area of Compensation & Benefits. Good verbal and written skills in English. Your skills in Excel and PowerPoint are outstanding. If you have leadership experience, it is positive.
