Manager competence area Finishing

Do you want to be involved driving the standardisation improving the efficiency of our converting factories?

As part of Development & Engineering, the D&E Packaging Material organisation is responsible to develop, maintain and implement world class packaging material and converting solutions, enabling Tetra Pak to deliver competitive packaging solutions.

In the position as Manager for the competence area Finishing you will acting as resource manager and playing coach for a team of Development Engineers.


You will be:

-representing the finishing competence area in technical meetings (e.g.DRM's)
-maintain and improve the technology knowhow and competences within area
-provider of technical solutions to different projects and allocation of resources in projects/activities
-owning the technical specifications for Finishing area's


Kvalifikationer

To be successful we believe that you have a couple of years experience managing a team of engineers.If you have experience of the Technology area's slitting, doctoring, side sealing this would be highly valuable.A merit would also be knowledge of quality tools such as Six Sigma or WCM.

In the position you will need to have the ability to motivate and build teams.You are a good coach with a motivation to develop your direct reports.In the contact with other organizations it is crucial for you to have a listening ability but you are also able to set boundaries.You will need to take an active part in the teams work supporting them with statistical, analytical skills.
