Consumer Services at Volvo Group Connected Solutions is responsible for the end user services, from idea to development and operation. Together with our partners and customers we create value through fantastic user experience and business enhancing services and products.
We are now looking for a Line Manager for our technical support team in Gothenburg within Support & Service Monitoring.
The role
You will:
ensure a state-of-the-art support delivery with efficient working processes and high customer focus
manage and improve existing deliveries as well as prepare and secure for new services
drive activities to continuously improve and automate work
secure competence and staffing for current and new support scope
follow-up and report performance against targets both internally and towards our business stakeholders
manage all people in the team in terms of recruitment, retention, competence development, salary setting etc.
Your profile
We believe the successful candidate has operational experience from working with support of software-based services in a global business environment.
You have experience from fast-paced organizations with high technical complexity.
Business and quality mind-set, personal credibility, integrity and openness are crucial personal characteristics.
You are a social person with strong leadership capabilities and enjoy working with others.
You have a passion for people, customer value and technology.
The successful candidate will have shown a winning attitude and great persona in combination with a strong track record and references, and you have:
a demonstrated track record of building and motivating strong, world-class teams
experience from managing teams in global organizations
strong communication skills, excellent leadership and people skills
business orientation and sense of urgency when it comes to solving issues
dedication to excellent customer service and customer care
You have a Master’s degree or equivalent as the basis for your career.
You are fluent in English. Fluency in Swedish is a merit.
Swedish work permit is a merit.
