We’re in the middle of a transformation towards a completely digitalized energy business based on an efficient IT landscape. In order to contribute to this transformation our Business IT department must find ways to both become technology leaders and establish agile ways of working. At Business IT, we help E.ON improve its customer interactions by designing and realizing processes and solutions that focus on self-service and a smooth experience. We use a variety of technologies and are in the middle of our journey towards DevOps and cloudification.

As Manager Continuous Delivery you will lead a team of ca 30 employees and consultants. You will be the person to make sure that our teams are ready for our mission to build the next-generation customer data platform and the new IT landscape, in close collaboration with IT and business colleagues. You will manage the service and product development from idea, via design and development to deployment and maintenance. Your role is vital in our digital transformation and the continued development of our agile ways of working.

Your main areas of responsibility include:
* Deliver end to end IT-systems and services with agile teams.
* Manage strategic processes, ways of working, sourcing and budget.
* Lead and support front- and backend developers, domain architects, business analysts and test leaders to meet the strategy towards technology leadership and agile ways of working.
* Closely cooperate with colleagues across different parts of the company, locally and globally, to meet strategies and goals.
* Make our IT landscape more future-proof by keeping it aligned with medium- and long-term business needs.

To be successful in the role we also think it's important with:
* Software development background but with a strong business interest and understanding
* Strategic and visionary with a hands-on approach
* Experiences from working with software development in an agile setup
* University degree in Engineering and/or similar

You have a high degree of customer orientation and business focus combined with great communication skills.
