Background 

Alfa Laval is currently on a digital transformation journey. As part of this transformation, we are creating a global organization to enable our business by building and optimizing our digital solutions in the analytics and business intelligence area to create a modern state of the art business intelligence platform that transforms our data into actionable insights. We are therefore looking for an Enterprise Architect that will be a key player in a successful journey in the analytics area.

To succeed in this role, you are structured and driven, with the ability to see the big picture. You have a curious mind which keeps up with technological development and practices within the analytics area and apply those pragmatically with focus on business value. 

About the job 

As our new Manager Customer Excellence and Foundational Elements, you will be responsible for leading the organizations working for the related capabilities. Your primary focus will be on the leadership for your organization. Your responsibilities will also cover enabling efficient work within these areas, including stakeholder and supplier management. As a manager you will be responsible for Personal Development Dialogues, Salary Reviews as well as the Financial Forecast for your area. Additionally, you will work on developing the organization as we assume to grow in this area.

What you know 

You have management and leadership experience and you have worked as a line manager in IT context, preferably in multi-cultural environments. You have the ability to translate business strategies, objectives and processes into efficient flexible and sustainable solutions and architecture. You have experience in agile methodologies and preferably Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) which is currently implemented at Alfa Laval. Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is of additional advantage.
