During the first half of 2022 we have worked hard in strengthening the collaboration and value flow between the operational parts of the whole operations organization. To further strengthen the value flow ownership and get shorter decision paths we will combine Customer Operations into the existing Operational leadership team to create an even better cooperation, flow, and customer support.
This position is part of Operations located in Ängelholm, Skåne, Sweden and will be hybrid. At HemoCue, our vision is to do things easier, to do things better, and to do them right.
The new function will report to Director of Operations and Manufacturing and be a key part in digitalization for the future, process development and upgrade of our ERP system. This new department is key to improve our processes and support our customers in an even better way.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Be a part of the Manufacturing and Operations leadership team
Manager for the Customer Operations team
Clearance to Sell process
Control of Distribution process
Clearance to Repair process
Field action and Sales communication
Revenue Review and Sales forecast process
Price Management
The essential requirements of the job include:
3+ years Leadership experience
3+ years of Experience from Customer support, Sales or equivalent
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, decisions, and activities also in the absence of formal authority
Strong skills in cross functional collaboration
Good understanding of Value flow and ability to take a helicopter view
Fluent in Swedish and English
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Quality Management System standards and regulations i.e., ISO 13485 and US QSR
