Wire's business area includes developing, manufacturing and marketing stainless and high alloyed wire products.Product area Wire is a leading player on the global market, with 600 employees around the globe, whence 260 located in Sandviken.Our manufacturing includes five main areas: spring wire, welding, medical, energy and fine mechanical products. We are looking for a Manager of the Customer Service Department at AB Sandvik Materials Technology, Product unit Wire in Sandviken.We are a team of young managers driving changes in a high speed towards new goals. Key Performance Areas You will be responsible for four Customer Service Representatives, and the main goal is to assure accurate and efficient service levels to our internal and external customers.The other part of the job is to develop the order process and order management tools to secure short order lead-time and optimize the total process.The Customer Service Manager will also act as backup for the Customer Service representatives. Your Profile .Bachelor's degree within logistic or commercial area..Good leadership skills, with the ability to lead, motivate and coach teams..Fluent in English and Swedish (verbal and written) is essential..Commercial work experience is a desirable qualification.
