We are looking for a CSP Manager who will lead, develop and coach Funnel Customer Success Partners with a “we before me” approach where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company’s customer experience.
What you will do
Train and manage an accomplished team of Customer Success Partners working with Essentials customers, and help each team member to reach their full potential and drive high performance.
Bring established, proven good methodologies, as well as help CSPs with tools and guidelines needed to successfully deliver customer value.
Coach and assist the CSP team throughout their customer journeys to deeply understand customers’ strategic needs and map them to Funnel’s solutions and value together with other teams.
Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of scalability, efficiency, and productivity.
Nurture, evolve and refine the customer journey, process and tactics to improve customer experience.
Own the CSP team's metrics and goals and drive the plan to attain and exceed them.

Other requirements:
5+ years of relevant experience in a customer success-related role.
2+ years of formal or informal leadership experience in a customer-facing team
Experience in building relationships within the organization to develop the team, showing the way for the team by addressing challenges and implementing changes
Experience in collaborating and driving strategy with executive stakeholders.
Strong collaboration skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
