Manager Data Analytics

Key responsibilities
To ensure that the targets for the data team are clear, understood by everyone and in line with Validation Group targets
Continuous development of the roadmap and structure for data analysis workflow working towards automated analysis
Create & maintain methods to improve data accessibility
Identification of analysis requirements & support software related topics regarding data streaming improvement
Active support to validation engineer on the usage of internal tools (including training)
Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement the data life cycle
To recruit great team members with the right experience and mindset
Provide prioritization to the team & control work process



Qualifications/education/experience
Bachelor or higher in Engineering or Science
Experience in programming / python
Experience in data analysis



Specific skills (e.g. specific programmes, languages, certifications etc.)
Scrum / agile project management
Excellent English written and oral skills
Data Analysis and/or basic python programming
Knowledge in data storage, processing, and computing technologies
Working with standards for characterization of battery cells
