• Identify and translate customers needs, prioritize epics and features in the product backlog, guide the work through the product kanban and contribute to the product vision and roadmap
• Effectively communicate product development visions and roadmaps to the POs, scrum teams and factory stakeholders and motivate the team with clear and elevating goals
• Participate actively in LPMM (Lean Portfolio Management Meeting)
• Understand factory processes, and key trends for the domain in order to know how to scope out a project and make sound decisions
• Provide insights on how scenarios and features will be implemented across multiple systems and organizations and drive refinements together with the teams
• Develop and sustain strong and open working relationships with key stakeholders both in the SKF business and in the development organization
Requirements
• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or equivalent
• Experience in people management
• Experience in data science (AI/ML) projects, software product management, advantageous if certified and experienced with scrum development process (SAFe framework is used as guideline within the organization)
• Experience as a product owner in a multi-team agile/scrum environment
• Experience in delivering results in a fast-changing environment and the ability to manage between multiple priorities
• Hands-on software product development experience
• Fluency in English, advantageous if you have language skills in Mandarin as SKF sees the Asian market as a growth area
• Willingness to travel to support project activities
