Manager Design Customer Adaptation

In Tuve we are in the midst of our journey to transform to a sustainable operation.
To become climate positive, be first out to produce electrified trucks and to deliver on our promises. These are our obvious choices to make our customers successful.


One of our main strengths is to develop and produce trucks adapted to the specific customer needs. We think E2E and are eager to optimize the value chain from request to delivery. Approximately 65% of our trucks are specifically adapted to our customer needs. From paintjob to complete superstructures - From the Factory!


The department consist of 30 skilled and engaged co-workers responsible to make costumers adaptation on Chassis, Cabs, Electronics and Superstructures. You will be a part of the Customer Adaptation management team and report to the Director of Costumer Adaptation in Tuve Plant.
