Control Panels within Tetra Pak Processing Components supply standard and custom-built control panels for processing and packaging modules.Our goal is, together with our customers, to develop cost efficient products and good technical solutions.

We are looking for a committed person to lead the Design & Engineering team within the department Control Panels.The Design & Engineering team is a group of ten persons working mainly within the area of electrical design.

As leader for the Design & Engineering team, your main responsibilities will be:

- Personnel management and competence development within the team

- Resource planning

- To secure key competences within the group to meet the requirements of laws, regulations and the customers' expectations

- Budget responsibility and follow-up


Kvalifikationer

You are a goal-oriented person who has the ability to lead and motivate others.You are quality focused, open minded and are used to take own initiatives.We are working with continuous improvement activities and you will drive and participate in projects following the Lean Method.It is therefore an advantage if you have experience from leading projects.
Since you will have extensive contacts internally as well as externally it is important that you are a team player and possess a strong interest in people.

To be successful in this position we believe that you have a technical University degree and at least 3 years experience of successful leadership.Experience from Electrical design is beneficial.You need to have a good command of Swedish and English, spoken and written.
