Development & Engineering The D&E unit develops and produces packaging systems and distribution solutions for liquid food.The unit is part of the Tetra Pak Group which has a global coverage and key product development centres in Modena, Italy, Lund, Sweden, and Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA.In Modena, Lund, and Minneapolis we provide product innovation and industrialization of packaging systems and distribution solutions including world class expertise in key competence areas as well as in raw material converting processes and equipment to our customers all around the world.We have decided to further focus and build up capacity and competence within the downstream and web handling area.You will be responsible and manage a growing team.Downstream and Web handling is a new department within Development & Engineering Packaging Material.It's a set up where we will continue to build up and strengthen the competence and capacity within the area of slitting, doctoring, material and web handling.As manager you will own the standard line for slitting.You will also be section owner for Web handling and Downstream equipment and be responsible to initiate and Drive Product life cycle activities related to specification ownership.Some of your main task will be to: .Manage Equipment & Process specifications .Define standard equipment with global commercial agreements .Drive Supplier Management .Drive converting sales activities .Competence Development responsibility To be successful you will need at least five years of proven successful management background.Experience from product and specification ownership is important.Preferably you will have a Master of Science within the field of Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Automation.You are a good team builder and as a leader your main focus is to motivate and inspire.We can offer you a creative and stimulating global work environment in strong partnership with our converting factories, suppliers and engineering/competence centres.Please submit your application online no later than September 5, 2007.
