Early clinical development is a separate business area within the TFS Group placed directly under the holding company TFS Trial Form Support International. The Manager Early Clinical Development will be placed in the holding company and report to the Director Academic Alliances. Early Clinical Development Unit: TFS Trial Form Support International AB is looking for a person who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations at the early clinical development units located at Karolinska University Hospital in Solna and Huddinge. Early clinical development studies include first-in-man studies, micro dosing studies, Positron Emission Tomography (PET) imaging studies and various Proof of Concept studies. These studies are conducted both in healthy volunteers as well as patients. The two units, 30 beds, are fully equipped according to international and national regulations and guidelines for early clinical development activities. The units have been successfully inspected by the Swedish Medical Product Agency (Läkemedelsverket) in 2008. Studies are conducted for world-wide customers in the life science industry with a special emphasis on Europe, USA and Asia. The work will also be conducted in close collaboration with other supportive operational units at TFS and the hospital including the external Scientific Advisory Board. The position is a full time, based at TFS office in Stockholm and at the Karolinska University Hospital. Some travel, mainly in Europe will be required.
