Manage the technology platform electrical and installation department for Articulated Haulers and Wheel Loaders

Owns and manages the competencies and resources

Responsible for the accomplishment and delivery of complete electrical and electronic system part in all technology phases

Responsible for product quality within Electrical and installation area for Articulated Hauler and Wheel Loaders.

Support the development and the execution of the Electrical and Electronic System Sweden strategy

Roles:
Management of Articulated Hauler and Wheel Loader Electrical and installation maintenance and development, delivering according to QDCF for the product

Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities:
- Manage Electrical & installation team for Wheel Loaders & Articulated Haulers in Eskilstuna.
- Responsible for supplying NPD, PM, Class 1, Class 0, soft products and AE projects with competence in order to deliver technical solutions fulfilling cost and quality targets according to agreed time plans
- Responsible for department expenses
- Define and develop short and long term need of competence and resources.
- Responsible for compliance with the determined work processes in order to ensure quality delivery of the project
- Responsible for compliance to design guidelines defined globally
- Contribute to E&E technology strategy
- Fulfillment of legislative and other environment related requirements within the operational field.
- Cooperation with external partners
- Cooperation with PP and PPL for planning and meeting QDCF targets for Articulated Hauler and Wheel Loader

Required knowledge & experience:

Education/Professional Qualifications required for the position:
- B.Sc or higher in Engineering with Electrics / Electronics preferred
- Experience in product development, preferably Electrical & electronic system
- Experience in engineering management
- Experience working in global teams desirable

Additional Important Requirements:
Proficient in English, spoken as well as written.
