The plant at Trollhättan is the main hub of National Electric Vehicle Sweden, including head office, research & development and manufacturing.

Description
Our Engineering department is now creating a strong foundation of skills and we are therefore looking for a Electric Vehicle testing Manager. You will use your technical skills and your ability to lead others, as this role is expected to:

-          Lead, Coordinate and inspire the Electric Vehicle testing team in their daily
           work.

-          Be responsible for the test facilities in the areas, electrical, NVH and
           structural testing.

-          Be responsible for resource planning and prioritization.

-          Support ongoing vehicle projects during the development phase.

-          Be responsible for verification and validation activities.

 
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:

-          Relevant experience in the work area, at least 10 years

-          University engineering education or equivalent experience.

-          Drivers license B

You master English and Swedish, both spoken and written.

-          Have good communication and motivation skills.

-          Have excellent automotive industry knowledge.

-          Be able to plan and prioritize.
