Are you ready for a new challenge, within an organization characterized by loads of drive and expertise? We are looking for a leader with production experience and skills in working with complex manufacturing of highly advanced products.



Your role

You will play a major role in setting and improving efficient ways of working in the line organisation, where continuous improvements are a natural part in everyday work.



Your responsibility will include a team of 20 employees with expertise in Electronics assembly, handling high technology equipment for surveillance system used for air, land and sea applications. You will be part of a broad management team, consisting of seven production managers.



Main tasks:

* Empower and lead your employees through value driven leadership
* Responsible for daily operations as well as optimization and development of processes, methods and tools related to your area of responsibility
* Responsible for cost center budget and result
* Secure and strengthen our ability to influence the design of new products



Your profile

In order to succeed in this role you are preferrably a driven individual with good people skills and with great capability to learn new things. You thrive in balancing work between daily operations management and developing long term strategic goals for the department.



You have documented problem solving and change management skills. As a person, we believe you to be curious, structured and with a deep desire to affect your surroundings in a positive way.



We believe that you have:

* Technical college degree or similar
* Experience from work with integrated systems, product manager or similar
* Minimum one year of documented leadership experience within production environments
* Good skills in written and spoken form in Swedish and English



This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.



What you will be a part of

Business Area Surveillance provides efficient solutions for safety and security, for surveillance and decision support, and for threat detection and protection. The portfolio covers airborne, ground-based and naval radar, electronic warfare, combat systems and C4I solutions.



Within the manufacturing organization, as part of the Sourcing & Production organization, there are several sections including Assembly (Mechanical and Electrical), Electronic test and Magnetron. The product portfolio is recognized by low volume and high mix which carries implications within the organization.



The Electronic Assembly section is responsible for producing electrical equipment for products used for land, air and sea applications and provides capacity (infrastructure and expertise) to fulfill the delivery plan from projects.
