Manager – Embedded SW Developer CI Experience

Manager – Embedded SW Developer CI Experience

Arbetsbeskrivning

Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.

The new group ‘Embedded SW Developer CI Experience’ will be responsible for part of the CI/CD pipeline within E/E at Scania R&D. This group will belong to the Section ‘Test Platform’ who is responsible for test environments for Embedded SW and Systems. The mission of the Section is to ‘support the SW factory with stable test systems that are capable of fast updates with support of new systems and new functionality. There is a need to increase the level of atomization in the development factory. There is also a need to better connect lower-level testing with E/E System/Integration testing and complete vehicle testing/integration. These two drivers are the reason for starting this new group.

Since we support the integration of all E/E systems in the vehicle, this position offers a unique overview and insight into all development within embedded systems at Scania. There are many exciting features to improve during the coming years such as autonomous driving, electrification and connectivity.
