We are looking for a Manager End User Services for Polypeptide Group!
Polypeptide Group is a one of the world’s largest and most successful companies specializing in the manufacturing of therapeutic peptides and related compounds for research and pharmaceutical applications. The company has production facilities in Sweden, USA, Belgium, Switzerland, France and India with its head office located in Zug, Switzerland.
After have gone public in 2021, now listed on the SIX, Swiss Stock Exchange, they are seeking to strengthen their Global IS/IT capabilities with someone for the position as Manager End User Services, heading up a team consisting of 5 highly capable Service Owners and a total responsibility for the service area/domain. This is a role where you will secure both operational delivery through teamwork and strategic alignment with fellow co-workers and management.
Global IS/IT is a global organization dedicated on supporting the business with everything from strategy execution to operational delivery. They are executing on a newly formed and approved IS/IT strategy lifting the company’s capabilities as well as contributing to the overall Strategy for Digitalization.
You will be an essential part of an interesting and challenging digitalization journey for Polypeptide Group´s manufacturing. The upcoming years will consist of many exciting projects and implementations where your leadership and knowledge will play a crucial part in their success.
Included services in your team are, Servicedesk, Client Platform, Microsoft 365, Identity and Access Management, Telephony, Videoconferencing, CopyPrint and Software Asset Management.
The position is based in Malmö but your responsibility will be global. You report to the Manager of IT Services and Operations.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management and leadership for your team, ensuring operational delivery as well as work/project prioritization.
- Budget and Staff responsibility for your team and its included services.
- Responsible for Service Area / Domain including several IT services including services alignment, architecture overview and roadmap.
- Ensure communication and implementation of Global IS/IT standards and procedures within your team.
- Manage contract and 3rd party deliveries within your teams service area.
- Ensure documentation for services within your service area are up to date compliant with QMS, GMP and GAMP.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES AND COMPETENCE THAT ARE MERITORIOUS
- At least 3 years professional experience from a similar role as a line manager.
- Experience in managing teams or services within; Servicedesk, Client Platform, Microsoft 365, Identity and Access Management, Telephony, Videoconferencing, CopyPrint and Software Asset Management.
- Experience in working with outsourced IT service delivery from either side(customer/supplier).
- Experience from pharma/life science is seen as meritorious.
- As this is a global role, previous experience working within an international matrix organization is an advantage.
- Fluent verbal and writing skills in Swedish and English.
