Tele2 and BI & Analytics division are in the middle of an exciting transformation journey; we are advancing our position within data and analytics to have excellent operations and customer experience at heart.


As Manager for the Enriched Data team, you will be responsible for developing our customer data model in our cloud based and scalable data platform. This includes ingesting data from a range of source systems, transform, enrich and combine the data into usable datasets that support a wide range of use cases within the consumer business; from traditional BI reporting and dashboarding to predictive modelling, AI and real-time operation monitoring. You will manage a team of 10-15 developers and you will report to the Head of Enriched Data and Insights.


Responsibilities include
Developing our consumer data model in an agile, sustainable, and cost-efficient way, making sure it can support current and future use cases and becomes the foundation for a single source of truth
Improve and implement architectural principals, guidelines, and best practices in the development process
Running the daily operations in a DevOps manner
Set the vision and roadmap for the customer data model, including to plan and perform lifecycle management and continuous improvement
Provide solutioning and estimates on requested deliveries and do capacity planning
Follow and implement data management principles and security guidelines
Responsible for staff and competences within Enriched Data team, including staff development, health and safety



Requirements
Tele2 is a fast-moving company which requires a flexible data platform and fast deliveries. To succeed in this role, you need to have a strong business acumen, have a Walk the talk leadership style and agile mindset. You need to be a great communicator and team player since the position requires cross team collaboration. You will work with stakeholders all over the organisation and therefore, a service-oriented mindset and the ability to build relationships internally is central. You pay attention to details that matter and make clear prioritizations.
We think that you have:
5+ years’ hands on experience within the data analytics field with deep understanding of data ingestion, transformation and structures
Intimate knowledge of data management frameworks
High familiarity with multiple data platforms
Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken
Leadership experience

Preferably also
Experience as leader with P&L responsibility
Experience from change management
Experience with cloud-based data platforms
Higher degree (MSc. and upwards) in Data Science, Mathematics, IT or Engineering or other relevant field
