PolyPeptide is seeking to strengthen their Global IS/IT team with someone for the position as Manager for Enterprise Architecture, building up a new global team consisting of three architects within enterprise architecture, integration architecture and master data architecture.

Global IS/IT is a global organization dedicated to supporting the business with everything from strategy execution to operational delivery. Global IS/IT is executing on a newly formed and approved IS/IT strategy lifting the company’s capabilities as well as contributing to the overall Strategy for Digitalization. 

You will be an essential part of an interesting and challenging digitalization journey for PolyPeptide’s manufacturing. The upcoming years will consist of many exciting application projects where your leadership and knowledge will play a crucial part in their success. 

You will be located in Malmö but your responsibilities will be global. You report directly to the Global Director for IS/IT.

Responsibilities
In this role you will be manager for a new Enterprise Architect team and you will be responsible for creating and setting up the Enterprise Architecture Framework/Strategy. 

Other from this your main responsibilities will also include:


Being responsible for overall enterprise architecture models (capabilities, integrations and information structure/flow)
Together with your team support the business with architecture, capabilities, integrations, master data and processen for our ERP, CRM/SRM, LIMS, CMMS and MES systems
Being responsible to secure enterprise architecture documentation


Qualifications
What you will need to succeed: 
+5 years of experience as a Enterprise Architecture 
Experience from working in manufacturing, pharma or life science industry 
Experience from IT architecture, integrations, master data and application roadmaps
Experience from ArisCloud or similar Enterprise architecture tools
Fluent verbal and writing skills in English

What would be great if you have, but not necessary: 
Previous experience managing an Enterprise Architect team
Previous experience working within an international matrix organization
Fluent verbal and writing skills in Swedish
