Do you want to take the lead and set a new structure on how to measure performance management?
Technical Service will drive global initiative to implement OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) in order to continue our journey towards world class quality.We are now looking for a manager that is able to set the structure and build a new team to drive this competence area.
Your responsibilities will be to:
- Establish Central Technical Service Equipment Performance Management as one of the key driver for factual performance data collection, analysis, benchmark and improvements deployment
- Drive deployment of OEE as a key measure of Customer performance
- Drive cross functional Customer focus despite of organisational belonging
- Overall Equipment Effectivness
Kvalifikationer
We believe you have proven experience of taking ownership and driving tasks on your own.The position will involve a great deal of stakeholder management so networking and excellent communications skills are crucial in order to be successful.Multitasking and the ability to act as a leader in your competence area will also be requirements for the candidate.
We see that you will need to have a management experience with focus on a customer environment.If you have experience from OCR projects this will be considered as benificial.
