Job Summary:
We are now looking for a Manager Financial Audits. You will guide Group Functions and Legal Entity units in order to achieve compliance to Audit matters from a group consolidation (FIRE) and statutory perspective. In this role, you will be assigned to drive the wanted position within Audits and the integrated Audit model, in addition automation, and standardized ways of working. You will work closely together with the central audit team, the operational finance units (LE) and external auditors to develop best in the class audit process to support the vision of fully integrated audits.
Managing the audits during the quarterly group closing process as well as coordinating the statutory audits. This position requires strategic competence, audit knowledge, and strong communication skills in order to manage and execute audits within short deadlines across geographies.

Responsibilities & Tasks
Manage audits requests from external auditors
Drive the integrated audit model agenda
Provide expert advice in the own area of competence
Contribute to Prepare Interim and Annual Reports
Coordinate the audits across Functions, geographies / Legal entities
Support Change initiatives
Skill & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s in business administration, Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
Minimum years of experience: 10 years in different finance functions
Legal entity, group accounting & reporting skills
Financial Model Knowledge
Deep Process Knowledge in all accounting areas
Ericsson Business Understanding
IFRS & Accounting knowledge

Experience from working with legal Entity establishments
Experience with Internal and External Audits
SAP R/3, BW and BPC competence
Good knowledge about Ericsson financial processes and operational models
