Manager for Axis Communications Academy

We are looking for a passionate manager to lead our Axis Communications Academy team in Lund. Academy develops training programs for our partners, focusing on design and implementation of smart Axis solutions and technologies for a global audience.

Who is your future team?
Axis Communications Academy's role is to drive training innovation: we are passionate about sharing expert knowledge! We develop and maintain global training programs, both online and instructor-led classes for our extensive partner network. We are a highly collaborative team that works cross-functionally with the global Academy community within Axis. We ensure that Axis continues to deliver high-quality and up-to-date training based on business goals and our partners' learning needs.

What you'll do as Manager for Axis Communications Academy?
You will lead a skilled team of 9 people at the headquarters in Lund that ensures training programs that support Axis overarching goals. You drive training development and, in cooperation with the global Academy community, ensure that we strengthen Axis external training portfolio on a continuous basis. In your role, you are also responsible for developing the long-term Academy strategy in cooperation with key representatives from our head regions.

Who are we looking for?
You possess great leadership- and cooperation skills and, create an inspiring environment with an open communication culture. You have the ability to work strategically as well as operationally and have experience from cross-functional collaboration in a global context.

We believe that you are passionate about learning and identifying learning needs for different target groups. You have a good understanding of the development of training for a global audience and you are curious about new learning formats and technologies to ensure excellent learning experiences.

We'd love to hear that you have:

* Great leadership skills including proven track record of managing a team
* Experience of leading cross-functional projects
* Excellent knowledge in English
* Experience within the area of training
* Relevant master's degree or equivalent
